Remuer de temps en temps. Les champignons rendent leur eau.<\/li><li>Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes de cuisson, saupoudrer cette pur\u00e9e encore liquide avec la farine,remuer et verser l&rsquo;eau en tournant. \u00c9mietter le bouillon<\/li><li>Ajouter les autres ingr\u00e9dients, rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement et laisser cuire environ 30 minutes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Facultatif : un passage au mixer et un peu de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche am\u00e9lioreront encore le go\u00fbt de ce potage.
