Abaisser la p\u00e2te et la disposer dans le moule.<\/li><li>\u00c9plucher et couper en d\u00e9s les aubergines et l&rsquo;oignon. Les faire revenir dans une po\u00eale bien huil\u00e9e avec les champignons. La couleur bleue apparue \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;oxydation disparait et les morceaux de champignons redeviennent jaune et dorent \u00e0 la chaleur.
