{"id":12307,"date":"2022-10-10T18:16:13","date_gmt":"2022-10-10T16:16:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.smsgl.fr\/wp2\/?p=12307"},"modified":"2022-10-10T18:16:16","modified_gmt":"2022-10-10T16:16:16","slug":"tartare-de-pleurotes-au-magret","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.smsgl.fr\/wp2\/tartare-de-pleurotes-au-magret\/","title":{"rendered":"Tartare de pleurotes au magret"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-container-3 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<h2>Pour 4 personnes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>250 g. de magret de canard fum\u00e9<\/li><li>400 g. de pleurotes<\/li><li>30g. de beurre<\/li><li>2 \u00e9chalotes<\/li><li>1 botte de ciboulette<\/li><li>2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de c\u00e2pres<\/li><li>6 cornichons<\/li><li>3 cuil. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile de tournesol<\/li><li>2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de X\u00e9r\u00e8s<\/li><li>sel et poivre du moulin<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette pr\u00e9paration n\u00e9cessite un repos au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre servie. Pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi pour le soir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-flickr wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/MRJRiL\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/5570\/30098923434_3f9d23df51_b.jpg\" alt=\"Young Oyster Mushrooms from below\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Laver et couper les pleurotes en morceaux moyens. Les faire blanchir 10 min. dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, hacher les cornichons et les c\u00e2pres. \u00c9plucher les \u00e9chalotes et les tailler en tr\u00e8s petits d\u00e9s. Nettoyer et ciseler la ciboulette. Retirer le gras qui entoure le magret.<\/li><li>\u00c9goutter les champignons, puis les hacher. Les faire revenir dans du beurre pendant 10 min.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, hacher le magret le magret. Ajouter les cornichons, les c\u00e2pres, la ciboulette et les \u00e9chalotes. Refroidir les champignons et les ajouter. Bien m\u00e9langer, puis verser l&rsquo;huile et le vinaigre de X\u00e9r\u00e8s.
