Ce champignon est peu digeste cru. Il vaut mieux le consommer cuit. Il est conseill\u00e9 de le blanchir quelques minutes avant de l&rsquo;utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-container-3 wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<h2>Pour 4 personnes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>600 g. de tagliatelles fraiches<\/li><li>600g. de golmottes<\/li><li>1 carotte<\/li><li>1 \u00e9chalote<\/li><li>1 poulet fermier de 1,5 kg.<\/li><li>10 cl. de vin blanc sec<\/li><li>1 cube de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li><li>15 cl. de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/li><li>4 cuil. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>sel et poivre du moulin<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flow wp-block-column\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-flickr wp-block-embed is-type-photo is-provider-flickr\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/flic.kr\/p\/LTpGeM\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/5105\/29461462023_ca0c92bcc8_b.jpg\" alt=\"Amanita rubescens\" width=\"1024\" height=\"685\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Nettoyer les amanites puis les faire blanchir 5 minutes. Les couper ensuite en d\u00e9s grossiers.<\/li><li>\u00c9plucher et couper la carotte et l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote en petits d\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Dans une cocotte, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile et faire dorer le poulet sur chaque face apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir assaisonn\u00e9.<\/li><li>Retirer de la cocotte, faire suer l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et la carotte 2 minutes. Ajouter le vin blanc, laisser r\u00e9duire aux deux tiers et ajouter 10 cl. d&rsquo;eau, la tablette de bouillon, la cr\u00e8me, le poulet et les champignons. Fermer la cocotte et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 30 min.<\/li><li>Retirer le couvercle et laisser r\u00e9duire le jus pendant 15 min. Le poulet est cuit lorsque vous piquez les cuisses avec une fourchette et que le jus qui s&rsquo;en \u00e9coule est transparent. V\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement et garder au chaud le temps de faire cuire les p\u00e2tes.
